Items outside the 30-day warranty time frame. Washed, worn, used, or misused items. Items in the categories of Sale, Swimwear, Lingerie, and Earrings. Virus prevention items including masks, disposable protective clothing, and other gear that comes in direct contact with skin. Please note that all returns must be authorized by the Chicwitt team through our Support Center. Any returned item without a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) will not be accepted.
